Property Management Fees 2012

Basic Management Package

The basic management package is applicable to apartments and townhouses situated within our featured resorts. The fees quoted below are in Euros and include a visit to the property at scheduled intervals based upon the owners requirements (weekly, monthly, bi-monthly etc.).

The rates quoted above are subject to a minimum contract of 12 visits and includes IVA at 21%.

The refundable deposit is held by us to be used for emergency maintenance work.

For villas, larger properties or properties located away from our featured resorts, prices will be calculated individually.

Key Holding Service Only (without regular inspection visits) – If you require we can provide a key holding service only and act as a local point of contact for just €18.50 per month (inc. IVA) subject to a minimum contract of 12 months.

Additional Services

Cleaning of the property along with laundry of the bed linen and towels either before of after a stay or rental can be arranged at the following rates:

Meet & Greet key exchange: to include a basic 'welcome pack' of groceries = €25.00 Euros (when purchased in conjunction with & cleaning & laundry service).

Any additional services such as unscheduled visits to the property to meet & greet renters, supervise workmen or to receive deliveries etc. can be arranged and will be charged at our hourly rate of €12.50 (subject to a minimum charge 0f €25.00)
