All bookings are made and accepted subject to the terms and conditions set out below.

Once you have submitted a booking request to Freewayspain.com we will check availability and reserve the dates requested with the property owner for you.

Payment of this deposit signifies that you have read and agree to abide by these terms and that a contract has been made with Freewayspain.com.

Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of the deposit and a confirmation invoice will be sent to you for the balance of monies owing which will become due for payment 8 weeks before your arrival date.

If your arrival date is within 8 weeks of the booking, then the total cost will be due for payment at the time of booking.

We allow 7 days from confirmation of the booking for monies to reach us, the balance must be received by us at least 8 weeks before the rental is due to commence or the booking may be deemed as cancelled and your deposit forfeited.

Please note that you will not receive a reminder that final payment is due.

Freewayspain.com makes every effort to ensure that the description of all the properties it advertises for rent, whether on behalf of the owners or managers, is accurate. In the case of changes to the property, Freewayspain.com undertakes to notify the Lead Passenger as soon as we become aware of it. In the case of changes to the property of which we have not been notified, then Freewayspain.com undertakes to act as an intermediary only, during any disputes.

When making a booking, it is the Lead Passenger's responsibility to make sure that the property has adequate sleeping accommodation for the party. Each property advertised has a maximum number of guests allowed and any extra guests of whom Freewayspain.com was not notified – or agreed to – will be subject to expulsion from the property.

Freewayspain.com acts as an intermediary between the Lead Passenger and the owners or managers of the property booked. Freewayspain.com cannot be held responsible for any disputes between the two parties. Freewayspain.com will only act as an intermediary between the two parties to the best of its ability in the case of any dispute. If the client is dissatisfied with the property rented, then Freewayspain.com will act only to allow both parties in dispute to make agreement – whatever that may be. The dispute will not be deemed to be between the Lead Passenger and Freewayspain.com.

It is the Lead Passenger's responsibility to make sure that they have received directions and key location before they travel. Normally the client should have received this information 7 days before their stay at the Villa or Apartment commences. In cases where this information has not been received the Lead Passenger should contact Freewayspain.com to obtain this information.

Electricity and water supplies are not as efficient in Spain as they are in the U.K., or elsewhere in the world, and are often erratic or subject to breakdown. Low rainfall may result in an acute shortage of water as it does at home. Dogs barking, cockerels crowing, overnight rubbish collections, flies and mosquitoes are all a part of the Spanish way of life and are unfortunately unavoidable, take them in your stride and enjoy your holiday.

By confirming the details of the booking and paying the deposit, the Lead Passenger is agreeing, on behalf of the party that this passenger represents, to the Terms & Conditions set out in this document. The booking and payment obligations are made with the Lead Passenger and as such, this is the only member of the booking group that Freewayspain.com will deal with in the case of any disputes.
