A traditional 1/2 bedroom village house newly furnished throughout situated in a small square or plaza in the heart of the old quarter of Velez-Malaga town within 5 minutes walk of local shops, bars and restaurants. The nearest beach at Torre del Mar is a 7 minute drive away along with the El Ingenio Shopping Centre and Aquavelis Water Park and Baviera Golf Course is also easily accessible within a 10 minute drive.
In our opinion: A useful base for anyone looking for a totally Spanish environment within easy reach of the areas many amenities.
Bedrooms: Very spacious double bedroom with air-conditioning/heating unit furnished with double bed, bedside cabinets, drawers and hanging space. There is a second room upstairs leading off the main bedroom furnished with a sofa bed and drawers and equipped with a ceiling fan.
Kitchen: Small kitchen area with ceiling fan equipped with an oven, hob and fridge-freezer. A toaster and kettle are also provided. There is also a washing machine situated in the courtyard.
Living Area: Open plan living area furnished with a comfortable sofa-bed, table and chairs.
Bathroom: Modern bathroom with bath/shower, toilet and basin.
Outside Area: Under-cover ground floor courtyard leads up to sunny roof terrace with views to the fortress, furnished with table and chairs.
Special Note: Due to its old town location it is not always possible to park close to the property. However there is plenty of parking available 5 minutes walk away.
