Property Description
A traditional 2/3 bedroom village house in the centre of the older section of Velez-Malaga town within 5 minutes walk of local shops, bars and restaurants. The nearest beach at Torre del Mar is a 7 minute drive away and Baviera golf course is within a 10 minute drive.
In our opinion: A well proportioned house that will suit a couple or group of adults looking for an authentic Spanish location within easy reach of the area's many amenities.

Bedroom 1: Spacious double bedroom furnished in traditional Spanish style with double bed, drawers and wardrobe. Small room leads directly from the master bedroom, furnished with a single bed and further wardrobe.
Bedroom 2: Small double bedroom furnished with double bed and drawers.
Kitchen: Bright and airy kitchen equipped with gas cooker, fridge and washing machine, also contains a small extendable dining table.
Lounge/Dining area: Good-sized wooden dining table with 4 chairs situated separately from the comfortable seating area furnished with two sofas.
Bathroom: Small but fully equipped bathroom with bath/shower, toilet, bidet and basin.
Outside Area: Partially covered courtyard leading off the kitchen leads up to a sunny south and west facing roof terrace with lovely views both of the hilltop chapel "Ermita de Ntra. Sra. de los Remedios" and over the town and valley below to the distant hills.
Special Note: As with many traditional village houses in the region, although the house is accessible by car it is not possible to park adjacent to the property. However there is plenty of parking available within a couple of minutes walk away.
