A newly built studio apartment, 50m from Playa Peñoncillo beach at Torrox Costa, on the first floor of an attractive complex benefitting from both a communal swimming pool and childrens pool as well as a childrens playground and lifts. There is a bar/restaurant adjacent to the complex and the shops, bars and restaurants in the centre of the resort of Torrox Costa are just a 10 minute walk away.
In our opinion: A clean, modern and well presented apartment ideal for a family or group looking for a low key beach holiday.
Kitchen area: Open plan modern kitchen area fully equipped with oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge-freezer and washing machine.A coffe-maker and toaster are also provided.
Living area: Good sized living area furnished with a table and 4 chairs, a sofa which converts to a double bed, 2 pull-down single beds and colour TV with some English satellite channels. The lounge area leads through patio doors to the west/south facing balcony furnished with table and chairs with partial views to the sea.
Shower Room: Small modern bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and basin.
Special Note: Although it is a very short walk to the beach it does involve crossing a busy road.
