The apartment which is situated in the grounds of an organic small holding has its own separate entrance and been decorated and furnished in typical Andalucian style by the owners who live in the adjoining main house.
The nearest village life of Alcaucin is a 10 minute drive away as are the lake view restaurants on Lake Viñuela. The beaches and facilities of the coastal town of Torre del Mar are 25 minutes away by car.
In our opinion: The peaceful and rural setting for this rustic one bedroom apartment to rent makes for an ideal rural retreat. It will suit anyone looking for a tranquil getaway, with the delights of the Andalucian countryside on their doorstep, including walking enthusiasts, birdwatchers and nature lovers.
Lounge/Diner: Spacious open-plan lounge/diner furnished with dining table and four chairs, small sofa, three seater sofa-bed (double), side tables & wood burning stove. A TV with Spanish channels and a CD player. Doors leading to large terrace and country views. The main house also has a broadband internet connection which is available to renters at the owners discretion. Fans for summer are also provided.
Kitchenette: Traditional style kitchentte includes 3 ring gas burner, fridge, toaster, kettle & crockery and cutlery. Renters also have the use of a washing machine located in the main house.
Showeroom: Walk-in shower, wash basin, w.c. and wall mirror.
Double Bedroom : Good sized room furnished with double bed, bedside tables & lamps, and wardrobe.
Terrace: Large sunny terrace with beautiful views of countryside to the mountains. Equipped with outdoor table and chairs.
