Our Property Management and Key Holding Services provides our property owners in the Axarquia region of the Costa del Sol with peace of mind, knowing that freewayspain.com will act as a reliable local point of contact for all rental & maintenance needs as well being on call 24 hours a day in the event of an emergency.

Basic Property Management

• General condition of property inside and out checking for signs of damage caused by leaks, damp, condensation, insect infestation etc.

• Ensuring all doors and windows are locked, secure and undamaged.

• Check that water, gas and electricity supplies are in working order and left disconnected.

• Replacement of any faulty light bulbs from owners supply.

• Picking up of mail and handling in accordance with owner's instructions.

Following each inspection visit we will compile a brief report which can be either e-mailed or posted to the owner.

The cost to provide the above service starts from *€25.00 Euros per scheduled visit including IVA plus a refundable deposit of €100.00** Euros (held by us to be used for emergency maintenance work).

* rate quoted is applicable to all apartments and town houses situated within one of our featured resorts – for villas, larger properties and properties located outside our featured resorts please enquire.

** In the event that maintenance to the property is required we can obtain quotations and arrange to supervise any relevant works that are required to be carried out in accordance with the owner’s instructions. For this or any other extra service required we would an hourly rate of €10.00 Euros plus IVA would be charged.

You can choose to arrange for us to make the number of scheduled inspection visits to suit your requirements e.g. a monthly, bi-monthly or quarterly visit or why not take advantage take advantage of our introductory offer:

Please Note: All scheduled inspection visits are to be and paid for in advance.

Key Holding Service Only (without regular inspection visits)
