Separate Kitchen: Fully fitted with oven, ceramic hob, extractor fan, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, electric juicer, kettle, electric coffee pot, iron & ironing board, cutlery , crockery and glasses. A separate door leading to a utility area with a washing machine.
Bedroom 1 : Double bed, built-in wardrobes and bedside cabinets and chest of drawers and ceiling fan. Patio doors leading to terrace.
En-suite Bathroom : Fully tiled with bath/shower, washbasin, WC and bidet.
Bedroom 2 : Double bed, bedside cabinets, built-in double wardrobe, chest of drawers and ceiling fan.
Bedroom 3 : Double bed, two night stands, chest of drawers and ceiling fan.
Shower Room : fully tiled with corner shower, washbasin and WC.

A good size covered balcony area with patio table and chairs leads on to a large sunny private terrace with great sea views.
