The popular Spanish resort of Rincon de la Victoria on the Costa del Sol with its many shops, bars, and restaurants is also just 5 minutes away. The complex has its own private shared pool and secure underground parking. Just 25 minutes drive from Malaga airport and 15 minutes from the centre of Malaga.

In Our Opinion: This Malaga rental apartment is in a peaceful location with lovely views from the balcony across countryside to the sea. It makes an ideal choice for either a family or group of golfers looking for a quiet location but still wanting to have the many amenities and beaches of Rincon de la Victoria just a short drive away

Lounge/Dining room : A good sized comfortable open plan lounge/diner furnished with two sofas, coffee table, satellite TV and DVD player, wooden dining table and six chairs. Patio doors leading to a balcony with lovely views.

Separate Kitchen: Fitted with oven, ceramic hob, extractor fan, fridge, washing machine, kettle, toaster, iron & ironing board, cutlery , crockery pots & pan and glasses.

Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom: Double bed, built-in wardrobes and bedside cabinets and chest of drawers.

En-suite Bathroom : Fully tiled with bath/shower, washbasin, WC and bidet.

Bedroom 2 : Single bed (plus extra folding bed), bedside cabinet, built-in wardrobe.

Bedroom 3 : Single bed (plus extra folding bed), bedside cabinet, built-in wardrobe.

Family Bathroom : fully tiled bath/shower, washbasin, bidet and WC.

Balcony The outside space of this Malaga rental apartment is a good size with patio table and chairs.
