The popular Spanish resort of Rincon de la Victoria on the Costa del Sol with its many shops, bars, and restaurants is also just 5 minutes away. The complex has a shared roof-top pool and secure underground parking. Just 25 minutes drive from Malaga airport and 15 minutes from the centre of Malaga.

Lounge/Dining room : A good sized comfortable L-shaped open plan lounge/diner furnished with two leather sofas, coffee table, satellite TV and DVD player, chrome & glass dining table and six white leather chairs. Patio doors leading to a balcony with views across the golf course to the sea.

Separate Kitchen: A luxury contemporary styled fully fitted kitchen with granite work-tops and includes eye-level oven and fitted microwave, ceramic hob, extractor fan, dishwasher, fridge, washing machine, kettle, toaster, iron & ironing board, cutlery , crockery pots & pan and glasses.

Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom : Double bed, built-in wardrobes and bedside cabinets and chest of drawers.

En-suite Bathroom : Fully tiled with bath/shower, washbasin, WC and bidet.

Bedroom 2 : Double bed, bedside cabinet, built-in wardrobe.

Bedroom 3 : Currently set-up as a mini-gym with sound system with two folding single beds available.

Family Bathroom : fully tiled with walk-in shower, washbasin, bidet and WC.

Balcony: furnished with patio table and chairs.

Communal areas: A roof-top swimming pool and terrace plus secure parking in a gated and covered car park.

Mid season: 01st April - 31st May (excl. Easter), October & Christmas
High season: June, September & Easter
Peak season: 01st July - 31st August
