Description
A golf rental apartment with three bedrooms and partially air conditioned situated on 'La Almirjara' complex overlooking the Baviera Golf Course at Torre del Mar on the Costa del Sol, 40 minutes drive from Malaga airport. The beach and yacht marina at Caleta de Velez are less than 5 minutes drive or (15 minute walk) away, as are the shops and restaurants in the centre of Torre del Mar. The Aquavelis water park and El Ingenio shopping mall (with a cinema and ten-pin bowling alley) are also just 5 minutes drive away.
In our opinion: A modern apartment providing luxury appointed accommodation ideally located for either a family or group of adults who want to be within easy reach of the golf course and the beach.
Accommodation
Lounge/Dining area: Large open-plan air-conditioned lounge/diner with patio doors leading to the sunny balcony. Furnished with large comfy sofa, coffee table, colour TV (English channels), DVD player and a portable stereo CD player. The dining area has a glass top dining table and 6 high backed chairs.
Balcony: Sunny balcony off of lounge furnished with patio table and 6 chairs and two sun loungers (cushions are provided for chairs and loungers).
Kitchen : Large separate kitchen with breakfast bar area, granite work surfaces and equipped with ceramic hob, eye level oven and microwave, American style 'side by side' fridge-freezer with ice maker, and a washing machine. A kettle, toaster, iron and ironing-board are also provided.
Master Bedroom with en-suite bathroom: An air-conditioned spacious double bedroom furnished with double bed, bedside cabinets chest of drawers (a hairdryer is provided) and double fitted wardrobe with plenty of hangers. Radiator for the winter is provided.
En Suite Bathroom: Modern family size bathroom with bath/shower, toilet, bidet and basin.
Bedroom 2: Good size bedroom with twin beds, bedside cabinet and fitted double wardrobe with plenty of hangers. An electric fan for the summer and a radiator for the winter are provided.
Bedroom 3: Good size bedroom with twin beds, bedside cabinet and fitted double wardrobe, with plenty of hangers. An electric fan for the summer and a radiator for the winter are provided.
Family Bathroom: Modern family size bathroom with bath/shower, toilet, bidet and basin.
Communal Areas: The large communal swimming pool open during the summer months and attended by a lifeguard is situated in the centre of the complex. The pool is surrounded by grassy sun-bathing area and showers and toilets are available. A second garden area contains a children's playground and a paddle tennis court is also provided.
Secure Underground Parking This golf rental apartment has its own parking space in the underground car park belonging to the complex.
