There is also a public sports facility including padel tennis courts and table tennis tables within a 2 minute walk from the complex.
In our opinion: A spacious and comfortable house ideal for either a family or group of adults who want to be within easy reach of the pool, beach and golf course.
Bedroom 1: Large and spacious double bedroom furnished with double bed, bedside cabinets and fitted wardrobe with hanging space and drawers.
Bedroom 2: Good size bedroom with twin beds, bedside cabinet and fitted wardrobe with hanging space and drawers. There are patio doors leading to a large balcony.
Bedroom 3: Smaller bedroom with single bed, bedside cabinet and fitted wardrobe with hanging space and drawers. There is an optional second single bed which can be put into this room if required.
Bathroom: Modern family size bathroom with bath/shower, toilet, bidet and basin
Shower Room: Attractive shower room with shower, basin and toilet.
Kitchen: A good size kitchen furnished with a table and 2 chairs and equipped with ceramic hob, microwave, small toaster-oven, fridge-freezer and washing machine. A coffee-maker and deep fryer are also provided. The kitchen leads out into a small covered courtyard.
Lounge/Dining area: A spacious family room the open-plan lounge/diner is furnished with a dining table and 4 chairs, 2 sofas, coffee table, colour TV with foreign satellite channels and video. There is an attractive fire place housing a wood burning stove as well as a gas fire provided for the winter months.
Garage: The property also benefits from a private garage, driveway and front garden.
Private Garden: Back door leads down a few steps to an attractive private garden area furnished with table and chairs and sun loungers. A gate then leads straight into the lovely communal gardens.
Communal Gardens and Pools: Large and mature communal gardens surround the communal swimming pool and childrens pool which are open between June and September. A short walk across the gardens leads to the public sports facility adjacent to the complex.
