With three bedrooms this holiday rental property is situated less than 5 minutes walk to the centre of the delightful Spanish village of Alcaucin. Also just 5 minutes walk away are a number of walking trails and the natural park of the picturesque Andalucian countryside that provides stunning views from the house. An English run horse riding school is also available just a 5 minute drive away.

Malaga airport is an hour’s drive and the beach and the Costa del Sol seaside town of Torre del Mar are 25 minutes away.

Ground Floor

Lounge/Dining room : A large comfortable lounge/dining room furnished with two sofas (one double sofa bed), coffee table, sideboard, LCD TV and DVD player, large wooden dining table and eight chairs and ceiling fan.

Patio doors lead out to a large balcony terrace which has a patio dining table and chairs, two sun loungers and a gas bbq.

Separate Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen with gas hob & electric oven, extractor fan, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, electric coffee maker, toaster, cutlery, crockery, pots & pans and glasses.

Cloakroom : with W.C. and wash basin.

Stairs leading to First floor and Lower ground floor:

First Floor :

Bedroom 1 : Kingsize double bed, double wardrobes, two bedside cabinets, ceiling fan plus an extra single futon style bed. Patio doors to a good size private balcony terrace with patio table, chairs and two sun loungers.

Separate Bathroom : with bath with shower, wash basin, W.C. and bidet.

Lower Ground Floor :

Bedroom 2 : Twin beds (can be pushed together to make large double), double wardrobe, two bedside cabinets, and ceiling fan. Patio door leads to small balcony.

Bedroom 3 : Twin beds (can be pushed together to make large double), double wardrobe, two bedside cabinets, and ceiling fan.

Family Bathroom : with bath with shower, wash basin, W.C. and a bidet.

Stairs leading down to:

Integral Garage/Utility Area : Large garage including utility area with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron & ironing board and sink unit.

Community Swimming Pool :: This Andalucia holiday home shares the use of the community's private swimming pool and terrace area which has panoramic view of the surrounding countryside.

Rental Rates - In Euros

Low season: 01st November – 30th April (excluding Christmas & Easter)
Mid season: 01st May – 30th June, 07th September – 31st October, Christmas & Easter
High season: 01st July - 06th September

A refundable breakage deposit of €300 will be added to each booking.

The total price quoted includes meet & greet key exchange and a welcome pack of groceries on arrival. Bed linen and bath towels are provided and an after stay cleaning and laundry service are also included.
