Patio doors lead out to a large balcony terrace which has a patio dining table and chairs, two sun loungers and a gas bbq.
Separate Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen with gas hob & electric oven, extractor fan, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, electric coffee maker, toaster, cutlery, crockery, pots & pans and glasses.
Cloakroom : with W.C. and wash basin.
Stairs leading to First floor and Lower ground floor:
First Floor :
Bedroom 1 : Kingsize double bed, double wardrobes, two bedside cabinets, ceiling fan plus an extra single futon style bed. Patio doors to a good size private balcony terrace with patio table, chairs and two sun loungers.
Separate Bathroom : with bath with shower, wash basin, W.C. and bidet.
Lower Ground Floor :
Bedroom 2 : Twin beds (can be pushed together to make large double), double wardrobe, two bedside cabinets, and ceiling fan. Patio door leads to small balcony.
