Approached via a country track and a private driveway, the property is located 2 kms from the centre of the Spanish village of Alcaucin (the nearest restaurant is even closer), and is just a 5 minute drive from the natural park An English run horse riding school is even closer by. The apartment shares the pool and terrace area of the main house which offers stunning panoramic views of the surrounding countryside.

Malaga airport is an hour’s drive and the beach and the Costa del Sol seaside town of Torre del Mar are 25 minutes away.

American Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen with gas hob & electric oven, extractor fan, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, cutlery, crockery, pots & pan and glasses.

Bedroom 1 : Double bed, walk-in closet /wardrobes, two bedside cabinets and chest of drawers, ceiling fan plus mosquito screen over window.

Bedroom 2 : Twin beds, bedside cabinet, and wardrobe, ceiling fan plus mosquito screen over window.

Shower Room : fully tiled with large walk-in shower, washbasin, and WC.

Outside: A gravel seating area with patio table and 4 chairs with stunning views across the countryside and there is also a parking space.

Pool & Terrace: The apartment shares the use of the owners’ swimming pool and terrace area which has panoramic view of the surrounding countryside. Four sun loungers are provided.

Rental Rates - In Euros

Low season: 01st November – 30th April
Mid season: 01st May – 15th July, 1st September – 31st October & Easter
High season: 16th July - 31st August

A refundable breakage deposit of €200 will be added to each booking.

The total price quoted includes meet & greet key exchange and a welcome pack of groceries on arrival. Bed linen and bath towels are provided and an after stay cleaning and laundry service are also included.
